There is an updated version available of a pattern. How do I access the updated version?

If you purchased the pattern here at www.quistknits.com, do the following to access the pattern update:

  1. Go to the original email you received after purchase of pattern and click the link to download pattern again.

  2. You will now get an error saying “403. Your download link has expired. Click here to receive an email with a new link”.

  3. Click the “here” in the email with the 403 error. You will then receive a new email with a link to download the newest version of a pattern.

If you have lost your original pattern-email, we are happy to resend the pattern email later as long as you can provide us proof of purchase. If you have lost your original email, please send us an email with as much information about your order as you can remember (your full name, email used for purchase, approximate time of purchase) to hei@quistknits.com.

If you purchased the pattern through KNIT app, the update is automatically added to the app-version of the pattern. No action needed from your side.

If you purchased the pattern through Ravelry, go to your library and download the pattern again.

I purchased a pattern through www.quistknits.com, but I have not received an email with my pattern download.

After purchasing a knitting pattern through www.quistknits.com, as long as the payment was successful, you should receive the pattern right after purchase. Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for the payment to be validated and go through, but it should not take more than a few minutes.

If you have not received your pattern, please check the following:

  1. Did the payment go through? You will not receive the pattern before the payment is accepted and finalized.

  2. Is there any chance that the email ended up in your junk folder? Please check this folder in your mailbox before proceeding.

  3. Did you correctly type in your email? If there was an error in typing of the email, you will not be able to receive your pattern.

Please check these points first, and if you still have not received your pattern, contact us at hei@quistknits.com. You need to provide proof of purchase for us to help you.
